Live summer theater in a working barn since 1946: five minutes down the road.
Rabbit Run is one of the very few original barn theaters still operating anywhere, running a full summer season from early June to the end of August in a barn on Chapel Road.
Evening performances start at 7:30 p.m., and guests are welcome to bring a picnic and eat on the grounds beforehand in the pavilion or the courtyards. It is a genuinely old-fashioned evening and none the worse for it.
It is the closest cultural attraction to us: about five minutes, and the single easiest thing to build an evening around if you are staying midweek in summer.

During the summer season, book an early dinner at Vincent William before your show. Check the performance’s curtain time and allow time for the meal and drive to the theater.
