Reserve a private room for a birthday, anniversary or rehearsal dinner on Lake Erie. Plan a family-style meal, plated dinner or wine pairings with our team. For a larger party, ask about the wine bar or a full estate buyout.

40–60 seated
The main wine bar can be reserved for larger gatherings where guests are meant to move around rather than remain seated. The bar stays at the center of the room, with estate wine, cocktails and food served throughout the event.
14–16 seated
A private dining room with its own door, fireplace, bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing Lake Erie. It works particularly well for dinners where everyone should be around one table.
100–120 guests
For larger events, the entire property can be reserved privately. That can include the restaurant, wine bar, private dining rooms, patio, grounds and access to the lakefront areas, with the option to reserve the inn as part of the event.
The Table
Depending on the gathering, that can mean a working lunch, family-style dinner, several plated courses, or a longer dinner with estate wine pairings.
Private event space
A dedicated room or combination of spaces reserved for your group.

Lakefront setting
Eight adults-only rooms are available when an overnight stay is part of the gathering.
Tell us the dates, the head count and what you want to get done, and we will build the day around it.
Wine & Bar
Private events can include estate and regional wines and cocktails from the wine bar. We offer tasting glasses, and our team can talk about the wines with your guests.
For larger receptions, the Cellar or Tasting Room can function as a dedicated bar before dinner.
Stay overnight
Vincent William has eight adults-only guest rooms inside the mansion, each with a private bath.
For retreats, family gatherings and celebrations, rooms can be reserved alongside the event so guests can have dinner downstairs and stay on the property afterward.
Breakfast is cooked to order the following morning.

Corporate retreats
For small teams, the estate can function as both meeting space and overnight lodging.
A typical retreat can include a private meeting room, lunch, dinner, wine service, overnight accommodations and breakfast the following morning.
