We are proud to be an active part of the Grand River Valley and North East Ohio: local schools, non-profits, and the causes closest to our guests. As much as we would like to support every request, the volume makes that impossible. To keep our giving thoughtful and fair, we ask that all requests follow the process below.
Donation guidelines
Every request we consider meets these five conditions.
Sixty days notice
Requests must be made at least 60 days before the event date.
501(c)(3) organisations
We consider only tax-exempt, non-profit 501(c)(3) organisations. Please provide your Federal Identification Number.
On letterhead
Submit on organization letterhead, clearly stating the type of request: auction item, sponsorship, program ad, and so on.
Event details
Include the date, time and location of the event.
Supporting documents
Programs, flyers and similar, plus organisation contact details: name, mailing address, phone number and email.
How to submit a request
In person, during regular business hours.
Delivered in person
All donation requests must be brought to Vincent William Wine during regular business hours.
No phone, fax, mail or email
We are not able to accept requests through those channels.
Complete requests only
Only requests including all required documentation will be considered.
How requests are reviewed
Reviewed monthly, with notice well before your event.
Reviewed monthly
Donation requests are considered once a month.
You will hear from us
Only approved requests are contacted, no later than one month before the event date.
A decline is not a judgement
It simply means the request falls outside our giving priorities at this time.
