OUR APPROACH
Where the fruit comes from
Michael began making wine at home nearly twenty years ago. Today our wines begin with fruit from Lake Erie, the Grand River Valley and Mendocino County. We work with nearby growers and winemakers whenever we can, and choose every source for the wine we want to make.
The estate Cabernet Franc grows a short walk from the inn: hand-picked, and twelve months in French oak. In 2026, readers made Vincent William a top-five finalist for Best Winery in Cleveland Magazine’s Best of Cleveland and voted our inn Best Boutique Hotel.
