Corey and I had the best time at Vincent William Wine! Every staff member we had the pleasure of meeting was outstanding, hard working, and super helpful! The grounds are absolutely stunning and well kept, the food was incredible, and the room had everything we needed with spectacular views of the lake. I was able to thank the chef this morning at breakfast for inn guests, he is wonderful! We can't wait to come back and tell our friends and family about our time. With that being said, I'd rate our stay a 5/5 and would go higher if I could! THANK YOU ALL! A special thank you to a few workers we got names from... Gwen! Both Tracy's! Ashley!

Jen, Mike, Matt, our dinner server, and our housekeeping assistant answered all our questions and helped us get whatever we needed. The food was delicious and the grounds and beach are beautiful. Very restful. The room was nicely appointed and spotless! The staff have made the mansion like a home. Warm, welcoming, and so comfortable. A very different and wonderful derivation of a resort stay. The beautiful lake is the star, and the wine is delicious too! ;). We live close by and hope to return again and again! I've already recommended it to several of my friends; both couples and single folks. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a 2 day stay. One of my friends has already decided to go to the Winery for their June anniversary dinner too!! I will sing your praises with all my family and friends. Our stay at Vincent William was amazing and my favorite weekend vacation I've ever done. The staff and every little detail you all thought of was impeccable! Restaurant and wine are top notch. My wife and I recently stayed here for a quick getaway, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The sunsets over Lake Erie were breathtaking, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the fantastic cocktails and wine selection, which added a perfect touch to each evening. The service was top-notch, and our room was comfortable and cozy.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional hospitality. Tracy welcomed us at the front desk, personally escorted us to our room, and once we were settled, took us on a quick tour of the breathtaking property. Not only is the winery itself stunning, but its story is truly remarkable.

I took my husband here for his birthday weekend. The view pulling into the winery was breathtaking. Tracy greeted us, gave a history and tour of the property then showed us to our room, which was spectacular. Chef Matt has an amazing menu that was all so delicious. Can't wait to return.

Hospitality is second to NONE. All dishes were DELISH. The 1st floor suite provides comfy quarters and beautiful views of the lake. The high end bedding takes it up an extra notch. The owner and management made regular appearances and were super engaging.

Lauren was our server for Sunday dinner on the patio. She was very welcoming and professional. The woman who checked us in, closed up the pool, and served us breakfast made us feel right at home. She took our photo at sunset - it was our wedding anniversary.

We had an unbelievable time over Valentines Day weekend at Vincent William Wine and Inn. We spent two nights in Room 205 (Balcony Suite) and couldn't have been happier.

We loved everyone we encountered. The Inn is beautiful. The food is delicious and the wine was wonderful. We will definitely spread the word.

First of all, Tracy was incredible — you can tell she loves her job. Our waitress for dinner Kate was phenomenal. The bartenders in the lounge were so nice and happy. Every staff member went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to spend a weekend as a couple or with friends. Great food and wine. The rooms are nice as well. Service is outstanding and they will bend over backwards for you if staying on site. Can't wait to go back in the summer and try out their pool!

This winery is GORGEOUS. We went for the Christmas Open House and toured all the rooms, then had some pub food and wine. Every room overlooks Lake Erie. Overnight guests have access to an outdoor pool and hot tub (weather permitting). The winery is beautifully appointed, with a speakeasy downstairs and a lovely dining room on the ground floor.

From the tour we received immediately upon arriving, to serving staff, hostess, chefs...even incredibly fast response time from maintenance! It was an all around great time. We don't do many celebrations/overnight stays on our budget as we did while working, so receiving the value from Vincent William that we did for our anniversary was most welcome. Since you run such a well thought out plan, not many suggestions to offer, however one remembrance we carry with us from B&B stays is the is the unexpected token for special occasions, ie Hershey PA, you guessed it, a box 🗃️ of four chocolates, in Virginia Beach 🏖️ a couple of Salt Water taffies, etc. Just a thought 💭. You'd be surprised at the return. Ok - again we so had a memorable time. Thanx.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was super friendly, and very helpful and attentive. The food and the wine were fantastic and the accommodations were top shelf. The only negative was that our room was really cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves. We will definitely be back in the future. Have a great night.

Although our stay was cut short due to the hotel being closed due to weather, we thought everything was fantastic and will reschedule for a future date.

Tracy was fantastic. Very invested in showing us all the winery had to offer. Very accommodating. Also our waitress for dinner was exceptional. Forget her name. The bartender in the bar around 4pm made us great cocktails and was super helpful at end of evening. We bought a bottle of wine to end the evening and she provided wine glasses and chilled water in a carafe to take upstairs. The little things matter. The only issue was someone was sweeping the entrance hall , right near our dining table. That could have waited until we finished.

It was very nice! The food was a 5! We stayed for one night and used the pool and hot tub. I had two small recommendations that are easy to add. A magnifying mirror in the bathrooms and a choice of regular coffee too for the K cups. (There was only flavored coffee.)

Couple of suggestions Glass of wine @ checkin desk. Separate HVAC in room controls. Great experience We will be back Interested in a new year's eve package if offered.

It was very insignificant, but the tv connection was not well, it kept buffering. The room, the service and hospitality was a 10.

We had a great time! The only issue is that the room we stayed in was right above a very loud door where staff was coming in and out. They were cleaning up from dinner and were not done until about 10pm-10:30pm :/ loud banging. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

We would rate it a 4.8. Everything was good. The service was very good, the facilities were beautiful, the food was very good. Our only complaint and it is barely a complaint would be the food could be hotter. This was the case for both breakfasts and both dinners.
