Cask 307

10 min drive

Modern winegrowing and contemporary styles, made for the Grand River Valley appellation.

Cask 307 is the newer thinking in the valley: modern viticulture, contemporary wine styles, and a deliberate argument about what this appellation can be rather than what it has been.

The room is relaxed and the pours are generous with information. If you want to understand why the Grand River Valley is its own appellation and not simply 'Ohio wine', this is a good place to ask the question out loud.

It is one of the closest wineries to us on the inland side, which makes it an easy first stop on the way out.
