A Christmas Getaway on Lake Erie

From late November the mansion goes up in lights, the fires get lit, and the lake goes black by five. We are open Wednesday through Sunday right through the season.

Dinner by the fire

Candlelight, a fire going, and the winter menu out of Chef Jeff Gable’s kitchen. The estate Cabernet Franc is the bottle to open with it. Reservations are set for two hours; if nothing shows online we still hold tables for walk-ins every day we are open.

A room for your party

The Wood Room Library, strung with lights, seats up to twenty-six for a private holiday dinner. The Hearth Room takes fourteen to sixteen behind its own door. Downstairs the Cellar seats twenty-five by candlelight. Email info@vincentwilliamwine.com with a date and a headcount.

At the bar

Irish whiskeys, seasonal cocktails, and a red sangria made with apple cider, cinnamon and maple. Walk-ins welcome.

Stay the night

Eight adults-only rooms upstairs, private baths, the lake out every window, and breakfast cooked to order in the morning. Two-night minimum on weekends. Reserve a table, or call (440) 428-1300 for a room.
