Plan the shower meal
Ask our events team about brunch, lunch or dinner service for your date. Chef Jeff Gable leads the kitchen, with seasonal ingredients from Ohio farms. Share food preferences, allergies and non-alcoholic drink requests, and check any outside cake arrangements with us.
The inn
A stay for guests traveling in
Guests coming for the shower can check the adults-only inn for accommodation. There are eight rooms with private bathrooms and lake views. Book available rooms separately from the shower; let us know about children attending the event when planning the meal.
The standard cooked-to-order breakfast is included with an inn stay. Dinner and drinks are charged separately.

Know before you book
Can we have a private shower brunch?
Ask the events team about private brunch service on your date. A regular Sunday brunch reservation and a private shower are separate arrangements.
Can we bring flowers, games and a gift table?
Tell us what you would like to bring and how much space it needs. Agree on the layout and setup time with the events team before ordering decorations.
How do we choose a room?
Start with the guest count and the activities planned around the meal. Email events@vincentwilliamwine.com about the date, access needs and any extra tables or displays.
Tell us about the shower
Email events@vincentwilliamwine.com with your preferred date, approximate headcount and meal preference. Include time for presents or games, decorations, children attending and any setup or access needs.
