Dinner and a toast to retirement
Plan the meal around what the retiree enjoys. Ask about family-style dining, plated courses and drinks for the group. For a work gathering, have one person coordinate the headcount, dietary requests and timing of speeches with our events team.
The inn
Stay after the celebration
Guests who would like an overnight stay can check our adults-only inn. Its eight rooms have private bathrooms and lake views. Room availability and bookings are separate from the retirement dinner.
The standard cooked-to-order breakfast is included with an inn stay. Dinner and drinks are charged separately.
Gather colleagues in Madison
For a team coming from Mentor, Willoughby, Concord Township or Cleveland, include our Madison address and start time in the invitation. Agree on arrival before planning speeches, and ask guests about access needs when gathering the headcount.

Yes. A restaurant table may suit a small family meal. Email the events team if you would prefer a private room.
Can we show photographs or give a speech?
Tell us about the time and equipment you need. Screens and presentation arrangements depend on the room and must be confirmed before you prepare a slideshow.
Can we arrange a retirement lunch?
Email events@vincentwilliamwine.com with the date and preferred time. Our team will discuss lunch availability, the room and menu for your gathering.
