A meal with time for toasts
Give our events team the rehearsal finish time and expected arrival in Madison. We’ll discuss the menu, wine and service around the evening’s schedule. Include any speeches and dietary requirements so the meal fits the time you have together.
The inn
Accommodation for the wedding weekend
Our adults-only inn has eight rooms, each with a king or queen bed, private bathroom and lake views. Check availability before offering rooms to family or the wedding party. Dinner and overnight stays are booked separately.
The standard cooked-to-order breakfast is included with an inn stay. Dinner and drinks are charged separately.
From the rehearsal to Madison
If the rehearsal is in Cleveland, Willoughby, Mentor or Concord Township, check the journey to Madison before choosing dinner time. Share the rehearsal location and expected finish with our team, then give guests the agreed arrival time.

Can we have dinner here if the wedding is elsewhere?
Yes. We can plan a rehearsal dinner separately from your wedding location. Tell us where the rehearsal is and when guests expect to arrive in Madison.
Do we need a final guest count to inquire?
An estimate is enough to start discussing rooms. Our events team will confirm the layout and final guest-count deadline as part of your arrangements.
What should we confirm before inviting guests?
Agree on the date, room, arrival time, menu and event terms with our team. Include speeches, access needs and any accommodation plans in that discussion.
