Plan a seated dinner or a gathering with time to mingle. Send the guest count, preferred date and an alternative if you have one. Include partners in the headcount and tell us about gifts, presentations or other plans for the room.

The meal, drinks and party budget
Share the food you have in mind, dietary needs and a budget for the group. Our team will discuss the menu and how to handle drinks. Confirm the full costs and booking terms together, including any room charges, service charges, tax and deposit.
The inn
Check winter room availability
The adults-only inn closes seasonally. Check its booking calendar before planning an overnight stay after the party. A private-event booking does not reserve accommodation or establish the inn’s opening dates.
The standard cooked-to-order breakfast is included with an inn stay. Dinner and drinks are charged separately.

Can we book a company Christmas party?
Email events@vincentwilliamwine.com with preferred dates, guest count and the meal you have in mind. We will discuss private-party availability and arrangements for your group.
Does this mean you are open on Christmas Day?
Private holiday parties are arranged by date. This page does not announce Christmas Eve or Christmas Day restaurant service. Check confirmed event listings and dining availability before making plans.
Can we bring decorations or arrange entertainment?
Discuss decorations, music, equipment and outside suppliers with our events team before booking them. Include the time and space they need when choosing the room.
