Dinner after the ceremony
Choose a meal time that leaves room for photographs and travel after graduation. Share what the graduate likes to eat and any dietary needs. Our events team can discuss a private menu with the kitchen; a smaller family group can reserve a restaurant table.
The inn
Rooms for visiting relatives
Adult family members traveling for graduation can check our eight-room inn for an overnight stay. The rooms have private bathrooms and lake views. The inn is adults only, and accommodation is booked separately from the celebration.
The standard cooked-to-order breakfast is included with an inn stay. Dinner and drinks are charged separately.

Can we reserve a graduation dinner without a private room?
Yes. Book a restaurant table for a family meal. Email our events team for a private room or a menu arranged for the group.
Can we host a drop-in graduation party?
Email events@vincentwilliamwine.com with the time span and expected attendance. A seated dinner and a drop-in gathering need different arrangements, which we will discuss before booking.
Can we bring a cake or decorations?
Check with the events team before ordering a cake or buying decorations. Include any display, gifts and setup time in the event plans.
Ask about your graduation date
Email events@vincentwilliamwine.com with the graduation date, expected arrival time and guest count. Mention if the ceremony schedule is still being finalized, along with any cake, decorations or access needs.
