The tasting menu

Apéritif
Blue crab crostini: blue crab, crème fraîche, red bell pepper, red onion, Calabrian chili honey glaze, chive. With the Riesling.
Stuffed baby portobello (v): onions, spinach, garlic, mozzarella, Italian breadcrumbs, balsamic, parsley. With the Pinot Noir.

Primi, choose one
Cacio e pepe salad: grilled romaine, cracked black pepper vinaigrette, truffle pecorino. With the Chenin Blanc.
Potato and leek soup: potato, sweet leeks, olive oil, herbs. With the Riesling.

Secondo, choose one
Bucatini frutti di mare: littleneck clams, shrimp, scallops, garlic, white wine, herbs, lemon zest, toast points. With the Chardonnay.
Bone-in NY strip, 12oz: herb butter, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, veal demi-glace. With the estate Cabernet Franc. Add a 6oz Canadian lobster tail, $22, or jumbo lump blue crab butter, $24.
Bone-in pork chop: slow-braised, parmesan truffle risotto, herb gremolata. With the Pinot Noir.
Eggplant Milanese (v): whipped herbed ricotta, sautéed spinach and mushrooms, marinara, basil. With the Zinfandel.

Dolce, choose one
Chocolate mousse: white chocolate, cookie crumble, candied strawberry. With the Moscato.
Cassata cake: sponge, ricotta, fresh strawberry. With the Rosé.
